You may be judged for dating too soon -- and your new partner may be given the cold shoulder. Take it slow and try out places where you'll find someone who has mutual interests. So instead we look to the opinions of those around us and seek validation in what they think is right for us.
He was and always will be the love of my life. So while you need not wait forever before finding love again, it is a far better idea to move too slow rather than too fast. If the partnership ended in abandonment, you may also fear getting close to someone new. She was less volatile at the end and definitely was able to get most of her past issues resolved wit our sons.
